Digital Products

All products currently sold through Ever Well Journey are digital downloads, including wellness guides, health resources, and educational PDFs. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered to your email.

Your wellness journey matters to us. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Corrupted or unreadable files: We will resend your purchase or issue a full refund.

Product not as described: If the product significantly differs from its description, we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund.

Technical difficulties: If you are unable to access your download, we will provide assistance or alternative delivery methods.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind after download, inability to use the product due to personal circumstances unrelated to the product itself, or failure to download within the provided access period.

Future Physical Products

When physical products become available, a separate return policy will apply. Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
